Safety is a team sport.

The safest jobsites aren’t built by one person. They’re built by teams willing to speak up, stay accountable, and look out for each other every day.

At LINX, we believe recognition matters. Celebrating safe behaviors reinforces the habits that protect people, strengthen communication, and improve project performance.

But strong safety culture also requires accountability.

That means:
• following standards consistently
• wearing the right PPE for every environment
• participating in jobsite training
• addressing concerns early
• empowering people to speak up when something feels wrong

As we continue to grow nationwide, maintaining that balance of recognition and accountability is what allows us to scale responsibly.

Because at the end of the day, safety isn’t just about compliance. It’s about people.

The jobsites, technologies, and risks in our industry are constantly evolving, which means safety education has to evolve too.

Every year, LINX facilitates more than 75,000 hours of safety training for our teams both on and off the jobsite.

That includes:
• 100% first day ladder safety training for new employees
• Nearly 600 OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 trained employees
• 2 OSHA certified trainers on staff to quickly mobilize training efforts
• Partnerships with nationally certified organizations for specialized training like first aid and emergency response

We also participate in jobsite specific safety training alongside general contractors and trade partners because strong safety cultures are built together.

Preparation matters. Repetition matters. Consistency matters.

When teams are trained well, projects run better because people work with confidence, awareness, and accountability.

Learning with LINX: Visitor Management Systems

A visitor management system is more than a digital sign-in sheet.

It helps facilities track who is onsite, issue badges, create audit trails, and improve front desk security — all while giving guests a smoother first impression.

Why it matters:

✔ Know who is in your building
✔ Reduce unauthorized access
✔ Support compliance and reporting
✔ Improve emergency accountability
✔ Create a more professional check-in experience

The front desk is often the first line of defense. Make it smarter.

Real safety is built in the small moments. Not just policies. Not just posters. Daily habits.

At LINX, some of the most important safety tools we use don’t come from a toolbox:
✅ pre task planning
✅ tool box talks
✅ clear communication
✅ stop work authority

Every employee has the authority to stop work if something doesn’t look safe. That mindset matters because preventing incidents starts long before they happen.

We’ve also built an internal safety reporting application that allows teams to quickly report:
• safety concerns
• near misses
• incidents
• field observations

That visibility helps us respond faster, improve continuously, and strengthen accountability across every jobsite.

Safety culture isn’t created during emergencies. It’s created through the routines teams follow every single day.

Because everyone deserves to go home safe.
