🔥 Fresh Install Complete! 🔥

We just wrapped up this clean, race-ready trailer wrap for the Doors By Nalley Motocross Team! This design combines premium wrap films and printed graphics to deliver a bold look that stands out at the track.

For this project, we used: ▪️ Avery Dennison Satin Black ▪️ Avery Dennison Carbon Fiber ▪️ Avery Dennison Gloss Rock Grey ▪️ Custom printed sponsor logos finished with a matte laminate for a clean, factory-style appearance.

The layered textures and contrasting finishes give this trailer a sleek, professional look while showcasing the team's sponsors with crisp, durable graphics.

Thanks to Doors By Nalley for trusting Comp-Cal with another awesome project. We can't wait to see this trailer rolling into the next race!

🏁 Next Up: Trailer Time!

The next project for Doors By Nalley is underway! After wrapping their motocross team van a few weeks ago, we're now bringing the same aggressive, clean look over to their enclosed motocross race trailer.

This graphic wrap features a combination of Satin Black, Carbon Fiber, and Gloss Rock Grey, with all sponsor logos printed and protected with a premium Matte Finish Overlaminate for a clean, durable finish that looks great at the track.

We can't wait to get this one installed and completed tomorrow. Stay tuned for the finished photos! 🤘🏁

🏁 Fresh Look for the Final Stretch! 🏁

Skyler Chaney Racing brought their Chevrolet Camaro Late Model by the CompCal shop for a late-season graphics refresh! After spending the season charging through the field, the right side had collected plenty of tire marks from close racing, while the left side needed a complete graphic replacement following repairs to the front bumper, left fender, and door.

We got everything cleaned up and race-ready, giving the No. 17 a fresh new look as the team heads into the final stretch of the season. We appreciate Skyler Chaney Racing trusting CompCal to keep their car looking as sharp as it performs on the track. Best of luck the rest of the season!

🚐 Another Sunday road trip to Asheville! CompCal made one more visit to Historic Biltmore Village to install a couple more custom window logos for LKN Cheesecakery. The finishing touches are looking great, and we enjoyed strolling through a few of the local shops before heading home with some incredible cheesecake.

We were even lucky enough to be their first customers before they officially open this week! 🎉 If you're in the Asheville area, be sure to stop by, check out the new storefront, and treat yourself to a slice (or two). Another custom fabrication project completed for one of our wholesale customers. 💪

This 30" × 68" sign was built from the ground up in-house, starting with a 1" square tube aluminum frame that was precision fabricated and TIG welded for a clean, rigid structure. We then fabricated the custom 1" steel standoffs, MIG welded them, and finished everything with a durable black coating.

To complete the assembly: ✔️ Riv-nuts installed throughout the frame for serviceability
✔️ 3mm PolyMetal faces precision trimmed to size
✔️ Faces secured with rivets after paint for a clean, professional finish

From raw material to finished product, every step was completed in-house to ensure quality, fit, and durability. We appreciate our wholesale customers trusting us with their fabrication projects!

😎 We occasionally do more than just stock car restoration graphics!

This week, our team hit the road to help another local business bring expand their brand.

Yesterday, our team at CompCal wrapped up the installation for LKN Cheesecakery's brand-new Asheville location in the beautiful Biltmore Village! We made the 90-minute trip from our shop in Denver, NC to bring their vision to life, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.

For this project, we produced and installed: ✔️ Large custom round logo wall sign ✔️ Menu boards on each side of the logo, finished with a soft matte laminate for reduced glare and improved readability ✔️ Large contour-cut logo graphics on the pickup counters ✔️ Custom window logos ✔️ Hanging open/closed sign ✔️ Sidewalk hours sign

Attention to detail makes all the difference, and we're proud to help create a polished, welcoming space that reflects the LKN Cheesecakery brand.
