Dwayne Glapion is a full-time graphic designer, photographer and artist. He began his professional career as both a designer and artist after graduating in 2002 from the Art Institute of Colorado with a B.A. Drawing his whole life, Dwayne realized it could be more than a hobby while serving in the US Army. Word of his artistic talent spread and it wasn't long before he was doing portraits and art

for his fellow soldiers as well as his commanders. Since then Dwayne has won awards, been published on the cover of an international magazine, did a commissioned portrait piece for Magic Johnson, donated artwork for positive causes and was featured on 9news. Dwayne is committed to using his professional and creative talents to help his community. He often lends his time to causes that are close to his heart. He is the co-creator of Uptown Harlem Nights - an upscale event that helps fight prostate cancer.
