It's been one year since the debut of my logo design collaboration with R Design Landscape Architecture. I am elated to see yet another in-house ad with the applied mark, featured in Modern In Denver Magazine's latest Winter 2025 Issue.

It has been a peak experience to work with Ransom and Ryan on crafting this mark of excellence! Great job on incorporating the project imagery for these print advertisements. Six exceptional full pagers to date - and counting! A very impressive and impactful campaign which elevates the profession of landscape architecture in Colorado and New York.

I have been profoundly honored to connect with Jake Gorst of Mainspring Narrative Films. Jake is a longtime supporter of my graphic design work, including my past newspaper project, "Archiprint". His exemplary film company has produced countless documentary films that celebrate modernist architecture in America including, "Desert Utopia: Midcentury Architecture in Palm Springs", "Modern Tide: Midcentury Architecture on Long Island", "Leisurama" and, most recently, "New England Modernism".

In addition, he has launched a recent preservation partnership with the Paul Rudolph Institute for Modern Architecture.

It makes perfect sense that architecture, as subject material, is so very important to Jake. Jake's grandfather is no other than Mr. Andrew Geller!

As part of my ongoing architectural poster series, I was moved to design a tribute poster. Geller's homes encompass some of my favorite aspects of good design: abstracted and majestic geometry, a clear structure and seamless landscape integration. The Double Diamond residence has to be my favorite!

Jake was so kind to include my piece in his newsletter this week. Thank you Jake for the feature! As a film, architecture and graphic design buff, this was a huge highlight!
