Spacestor turned its Chicago Design Centre into a NeoCon 2026 showroom built around one idea: every brief deserves its own path.

Crisp white architecture and a sequence of sculptural arches guide visitors through the space, while charcoal walls and illuminated messaging set a gallery-like tone. A wall of framed sketches sits under the line "It all starts with a sketch..."

One zone introduces Spacestor Edit, a curated collection built for simpler specification and faster lead times. Another shifts to Creations by Spacestor, where deep blue accents and gathering areas show how an original idea becomes a precision-engineered solution.

Part gallery, part design studio, part meeting place. From trade show floors to permanent showrooms, Nimlok Chicago helps brands build a physical presence that lasts.

Advanced Navigation stood out at the 2026 AUVSI show with a 20 x 20 custom rental island exhibit designed to put its technology front and center. Deep navy graphics, terrain imagery, and white architecture set the tone, while illuminated overhead logos made the brand easy to spot across the floor.
Product displays and integrated media kept the focus on the systems themselves, connecting each one to its real purpose across air, land, and sea, with open pathways that left room for conversation.
Nimlok Chicago helped Advanced Navigation bring its technology to life and gave attendees a reason to explore what lies beyond GPS.

Great booth design should grow with you. CAL Marketing proved it.
After debuting their market-inspired concept in a 10 x 10 inline at Natural Products Expo West, CAL Marketing scaled the same design language into a 20 x 20 custom island for the 2026 Sweets & Snacks Expo, and Nimlok Chicago reconfigured it to fit the bigger stage.

Soft green tones, striped awnings, dimensional C.A.L branding, and a bold circular hanging sign gave the booth instant visibility from every aisle. Arched shelves displayed colorful snack packaging like a boutique storefront, while "Pick & Mix" and "Grab & Go" stations turned sampling into a hands-on brand moment. A custom market cart, checkered flooring, and relaxed seating kept the space warm, playful, and full of energy.

By reusing and reconfiguring existing exhibit elements into a larger footprint, Nimlok Chicago helped CAL Marketing maximize their investment while leveling up their presence at one of the industry's sweetest shows.

A trade show booth lasts a few days. A brand presence should last a lot longer.

For NeoCon 2026, Shaw Contract made a bold move with a permanent showroom installation, and Nimlok Chicago helped bring it to life. Inspired by their Cult Classics collection, the space pairs deep burgundy drapery, cinematic artwork, and sculptural lighting to turn product into story. Flooring steps off the sample wall into curated lounge settings, while worktables and material libraries invite designers to compare, specify, and create. Equal parts studio, gallery, and gathering place.

Most people know us for booths.

This one was the entire show.

BizClik Media brought Sustainability Live to Chicago's Navy Pier, and Nimlok Chicago helped shape the whole environment from the ground up. A central main stage with theater seating anchored the space, while branded sponsor activations for Coupa, Jabil, osapiens, Gravity, Watershed, veritree, and more gave every partner a distinct presence inside one cohesive event.

Custom backwalls, illuminated counters, meeting lounges, demo stations, and digital displays turned Navy Pier into a full summit environment where procurement, supply chain, sustainability, and technology leaders could gather, learn, and connect.

Rocsys charged into the 2026 ACT Show with a 20 x 20 split island custom rental exhibit that brought the future of electric mobility into clear focus.

Clean white architecture, bold blue flooring, and glowing platform lighting created a sleek, technology-forward environment. The S2 autonomous charging system took center stage, elevated on an illuminated platform and visible from every aisle. Large-format graphics and integrated monitors translated complex innovation into a simple story, from self-driving vehicles to robotaxi fleet charging built to grow bay by bay. An open layout kept traffic flowing, while meeting counters and seating made room for deeper conversations.

The result was a confident, future-facing space that felt as advanced as the technology it represented.

Gast brought a hospitality-forward presence to the 2026 NRA Show with a 20 x 20 peninsula custom rental exhibit that paired technical product storytelling with a warm, inviting feel. Tall branded towers, sleek black graphics, and natural wood finishes helped the space stand out while staying approachable.
At the center, a curved wood-topped bar with lounge seating invited guests to pull up a stool, while live coffee and beverage stations put Gast's equipment to work in real time. An illuminated "move with purpose" tower, glass display cases, and dynamic media screens added depth and movement, turning product education into a hands-on experience.
The result was a booth that felt both professional and personal, and reinforced Gast's message to move with purpose.
