Role Overview

313 Phone Repair × FixWiz is hiring a Wireless Store Leader to lead high-performing teams, drive sales results, elevate the customer experience, and support the growth of our expanding company.

This is a multi-location growth opportunity for an experienced wireless professional ready to take ownership and help shape operations across multiple stores.

Responsibilities

* Lead and motivate wireless retail teams
* Drive sales performance and achieve business goals
* Coach, train, and develop team members
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience
* Oversee daily store operations
* Support consistent ex*****on across multiple locations
* Identify opportunities to improve performance and grow the business

Qualifications

* Experience in wireless retail or a related sales environment
* Strong leadership and team-management skills
* Proven sales and performance-management experience
* Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees
* Strong operational and organizational skills
* Customer-focused mindset
* Willingness to take ownership and grow with the company

Compensation

* $50,000–$90,000 annually
* Performance bonuses
* Growth opportunities within an expanding company
