EST successfully connected our EMR to the State of Michigan Immunization Registry using HL7 2.5 Messages and also established connectivity to the Detroit Medical Center (DMC) to share 'Transition of Care' documents to and from one of its Member Providers (using PIX v3 Query for Patient Identification, CCDA for Document format, and IHE XDS.b for transport).
