Happy tears on this Wednesday as our friends at United Radio went above and beyond for one of our Hospice families to help bring some joy during a very difficult time.

United Radio has been “adopting” a Hospice family for over 20 years during the holiday season. Their staff throughout the year can make a donation on Fridays to wear jeans or pull items from their wish list tree to help make all of this magic happen.

They even put together a “night before box” for the family to enjoy on Christmas Eve.

United Radio employees raised nearly $3,000 for 74 Trees for Troops this year.

Our annual Trees for Troops raffle held at our United Radio campus raised $2,960 which equates to 74 trees this year!

One of our six core values reads: "We have a responsibility to each other to create a better community."

Mike Fabery honored at MS Dinner of Hope

Mike Fabery was honored on Sept. 26 at the MS Dinner of Hope, which pays tribute to individuals from the community for their outstanding dedication, commitment and support to Multiple Sclerosis Resources of Central New York, Inc.

For decades, Mike has initiated and supported fundraisers, events, raffles, and coordinated donation efforts on behalf of MSR of CNY.

Multiple Sclerosis Resources of Central New York, Inc., is dedicated to creating awareness and providing resources to improve the lives of individuals with multiple sclerosis and their families.

Congratulations to Mike, on his 35th year with United Radio, for this well-deserved award and his embodiment of United Radio’s core values.
