Sound Solutions COVID-19 UPDATE: WE ARE HERE TO HELP!
While all of us here at Sound Solutions are taking the proper precautions and following the Governors 'Stay at Home' order, we do have ways of helping you remotely and possibly still on-site if the need is determined to be 'essential'!
REMOTE SUPPORT: (FREE!) If you have any basic questions from installation, hook-up/connections, WiFi/network issues, Audio/Video streaming or setting up 'zoom' or video conferencing platforms we would love to help you with those items. We can setup a day / time to either go over the items through a phone call, zoom meeting or video chat using FaceTime. Depending on the complexity of the questions and solutions we will provide this service for FREE!!! All that we ask is that you remember and support us and the many other local small businesses once we are back to our new normal.
ESSENTIAL SUPPORT: If you have a business and are remaining open, working from home or a student with online classes and need assistance with the installation of video conferencing systems to stay connected with team members, faculty, staff or study groups we can help. Other items may be 'essential' as well and we can discuss options.
We take this pandemic very seriously and will take every precaution necessary to protect you, your family, co-workers, your home or business and our employees!
