Sometimes when browsing the web, some pages may not display properly or may take a long time to load. A simple fix is to clear your browser cache. Here is a video and the steps one should take to clean up the Edge browser cache
Open the Edge Browser
In the upper right corner, click on the 3 dots
In the menu that appears, scroll down to Settings
A new tab will open
On the left, select Privacy, Search, and Services
On the right, scroll down to Clear Browsing Data
There is a button to the right of Clear browsing data now called, Choose what to clear, click on it
A dialog box will appear.
From here, you can clear out Internet Explorer cache also by clicking on the Clear browsing data for Internet Explorer Mode
(Edge has a built in Internet Explorer mode, this is not the same as the stand alone Internet Explorer browser that needs to be cleaned separately)
Doing so will bring up Internet Explorer Options
On this dialog box, uncheck the first check box - Preserve Favorites website data.
Check all the other boxes
Click on the Delete button at the bottom. This will clear your Internet Explorer mode in Edge
Now click on the Choose what to clear box again
Under Time Range, click the drop down and select All Time
Below that are several check boxes, check all of them
Then click the button on the bottom called Clear Now
Close and re-open Edge
Now you have a fresh Edge to surf with.
This is something you may want to do on a regular basis. The more you surf, the more often you should do this.
I will do videos and walk throughs for Firefox and Chrome at a later time.
