This is why I will ALWAYS value community over competition. Not only was I able to help out a fellow business owner in need, but she also helped me with an issue I was having with my laser. Jess and I are largely in the same market, both in product and geographic area, but that doesn’t matter. There’s room for all of us to succeed!

Also, small business friends make the best friends! 💕

Just wanted to share a little small biz love to Izzy & Grace Handmade, my glimmer of sunshine today! If you have a minute to check out her beautiful work, you won’t regret it (and she even has a fall launch tomorrow!)

Some people know that literally since school let out in June, I’ve hit unresolved problems with my workhorse laser in my shop.

It’s been two months, and not only is the original issue not solved but now there’s a new one as well.

This morning, I woke up in a small state of panic mixed with a little bit of sweat (tmi, but real life) over orders that I need to get out the door.

Adrianne responded to my early morning message without hesitation, opening her workshop to me, and I’m so grateful.

And not only could I knock out several orders… but hey, we got her machine fixed up too 🖤

Community over competition is such a beautiful thing!

The teardrop, or petal, shape is a classic earring style. It’s versatile in that it can be worn with just about anything. Dress up jeans and a t-shirt at a football game, or wear them to complement a nice dress for a fall wedding. Either way, a classic teardrop will make you look like you have it together…even if you were rushing out the door in your bare feet.😉

These 3 styles are variations on the classic. A cut petal shape with a round stud top, a hollow teardrop with a triangle top, and bringing back the best-selling split petal style.
