If you’re visiting Italy, I recommend going to Verona and seeing an opera at the Arena di Verona. I’ve had the pleasure of proofreading their “easy English” booklets for the intellectually disabled that they are producing as part of their “Arena per Tutti”, or opera for everyone program to provide accessibility to opera for everyone.
