Update 7:00PM: We have restored telephone service to the majority of the customers affected. There are still a limited amount of customers we are continuing to work on at this time.

We are currently experiencing a telephone outage throughout our service territory. We are working to resolve the issue and restore service as soon as possible.

Please note emails with icons in the subject typically are a sign of scam emails. Also, always check the From address and make sure it matches the sender. Another sign of a scam email is the To field being blank. If you ever encounter an email you are suspicious of, it's best to contact the sender to validate it.
