Storms may knock services out, but they also remind us of the incredible people who work behind the scenes to restore them.

Thank you to our LHTC Broadband technicians who spent countless hours responding to outages and working to get our customers back online. We know the conditions aren't always easy, and we appreciate your dedication and commitment.

We're also grateful for all the electric utility lineworkers who work alongside communication crews to restore essential services after severe weather.

To all the men and women in the field—thank you for helping keep our communities connected!

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Their courage and service will never be forgotten.

As you spend time with family and friends this Memorial Day, we hope you also take a moment to reflect on those who gave so much for our freedom.

⚠️Important Billing & Mail Update⚠️

We have recently been made aware of a mail processing issue affecting mailed payments sent to LHTC Broadband from several surrounding communities.

Due to an error at a USPS distribution center, some customer payments mailed in April may have been incorrectly marked “Return to Sender – Vacant” and were delayed or returned before reaching our office.

Please note:

✅️Our mailing address IS correct and remains active.
✅️This issue did NOT originate with LHTC Broadband.
✅️We are actively working with local postal officials to help resolve the issue.

If you mailed a payment in April and it has not cleared your account or has been returned to you, please contact our office so we can assist you and help avoid any unnecessary late fees.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while this situation is being resolved.
