Forget ghosts and haunted houses… these are the real network horror stories.👀🎃

Default passwords still active.
No configuration backup.
Unlabeled cables.
No VLANs.
Management interfaces exposed to the internet.
PoE budgets ignored.
100 Mbps uplinks feeding dozens of devices.

That’s what actually scares network engineers.

A reliable network should be planned around:

🔐 Security
🧩 Segmentation
⚡ PoE capacity
📶 Bandwidth
📝 Documentation
💾 Configuration backups

Because most network failures don’t start with something mysterious.

They start with something that could have been prevented.

What scares you the most?

Think every network should be built the same way? 👀

Definitely not.

🏢 Small office = simple + scalable
📦 Warehouse = coverage + roaming + PoE
🏙️ Multi-building = bandwidth + distance + redundancy

Your environment changes the whole network design.

Which one are you working on right now? 👇

Your internet is fast… so why does your network still feel slow? 👀

Before blaming your ISP, take a closer look at the network itself.

A slow network can be caused by more than internet speed:

📶 Poor WiFi coverage or bad access point placement
👥 Too many users and connected devices
⚡ An overloaded PoE budget
🔌 Limited switch capacity
🚀 Slow or undersized uplinks
📊 Heavy network traffic
🖧 Outdated infrastructure

Sometimes, the problem is not your internet connection it’s the weakest point inside your network.

And if your business network keeps slowing down and you’re not sure where the bottleneck is, talk to the Flytec team.

🚩 How many red flags does your network have?

Sometimes the biggest network problems start with small things that are easy to ignore a default password, no VLANs, no UPS, missing documentation, or an overloaded PoE budget.

The problem is that those “small” issues can turn into security risks, downtime, and troubleshooting headaches later.

A reliable network starts with the basics:
✅ Security
✅ Segmentation
✅ Backup power
✅ Documentation
✅ Proper capacity planning

Don’t wait for a problem to expose the weak point.

Router or modem
do you know the difference? 👀

Your modem brings the internet connection into your home or business, while your router takes that connection and distributes it to your devices through Ethernet, WiFi, or both.
Think of it this way:

🌐 Modem = the entrance to the internet
📡 Router = the traffic manager inside your network

Some devices combine both functions, but in larger or professional networks, they’re often kept separate for better control and flexibility.

Not sure what your setup actually needs?
Comment “ROUTER” below and the Flytec team will help you find the right solution for your project.
