Rebuilding the transport on a cassette deck is complicated to begin with but when the old belts go gooey it becomes a very messy job. Everything has to be cleaned off before any parts can be lubricated and new belts can be put in. Look closely and you can see that Scott actually shed some blood doing this repair!

This D6 came into us with barely any keys making sound. A quick look at the key bed and you can see that all the rubber hammer tips have deteriorated with age and are almost entirely gone. Some maintenance on the electronics, a new set of hammer tips and alignment got this Clavinet back to work.

FOR SALE: Marshall JMP 50 watt Master Model Mk2 Lead 2x12 combo. Filter caps replaced at some point (not by us) and speakers don’t appear to be original but are some Celestion G12-50 from the 80s. Grill cloth was replaced in house as it had a nasty tear in it (no speaker damage). Asking price is $2250. Come on down and check out this killer amp!
