How to Create an Invoice on GoFlex

Getting paid starts with sending a proper invoice. Here’s how to do it:

Step 1: Log in to your GoFlex account.

Step 2: Go to Invoices and select Create Invoice.

Step 3: Add your client’s details, including their name and email.

Step 4: Add the service or product you’re billing for, including the amount and description.

Step 5: Review your invoice to make sure all the details are correct.

Step 6: Send the invoice directly to your client.

That’s it. Your client gets a professional invoice, and you get one step closer to getting paid.

Hassana is 22. She lives in Minna and works with international clients.

When a client pays her, she has one thing on her mind:

“I just want my payment to get to my bank.”

But what happens between her client clicking “Pay” and Hassana withdrawing her funds?

There’s a process.

The payment comes through GoFlex. Relevant account and transaction information may be verified. Where applicable, additional compliance checks may take place, while transactions may also be monitored for activity that requires further review.

Once the applicable checks are completed, the payment proceeds through settlement and available funds can then be withdrawn to Hassana’s verified bank account, subject to applicable requirements.

She may not see every step happening behind the scenes.

But every step is part of the payment process.
