We are open from 9 AM to 11 AM for walk-ins. Since 2019, Service requests and requirements have evolved. More people are working from home and require in-home services over drop-off services.
That coupled with the affordability of electronics, has led us to alter our walk-in hours to align with the current repair environment.
However, we still provide the same repair services such as Data recovery, data transfer, tune-up services and diagnostics along with hardware repair services at our facility in Downingtown.

I have received many calls about HP laptops that - after a recent update - no longer have working Cameras.
In the cases I have evaluated at my shop, i have notice that there is a switch on the side og the laptop that has somehow been turned off.
It is the built in camera privacy switch.
If you have a camera failure and an HP laptop check the switch prior to seeking service. Other Manufacturers may have the same feature as well.

These are crazy times for sure. I know a lot of you are working from home now.
Please contact me if you have any computer problems that keep you from working. Parts pending, i will be available to provide quick repairs and get you back to work.
I have forwarded all my office calls to my Cell phone so i will be available even if I am not in the office.
Please do not drive over until we have talked as I may be able to connect remotely to resolve your concerns. I will also be providing free pickup for those that do not want to (or cannot) leave their homes. However i will only be servicing approximately a 10-15 mile radius.
I recommend installing TeamViewer from www.teamviewer.com. Click on the free download link and follow the instructions. Install the basic, non commercial version.
This software will allow me to remote into your computer and help you as long as you can access the internet. If you cannot access the internet, please call and I will arrange to pickup your computer.

Hard drives fail. This computer came in with that very issue. Computer was running extremely slow and programs would not respond.
If your computer or laptop is running extremely slow, it is a indication of a potential drive failure! Back up your data regularly!!

FYI: Microsoft has confirmed that the End-Of-Life for Windows 7 will be Jan 1st, 2020. This does not mean it will stop working but it does mean there will be no more support from Microsoft. Honestly, most people will enjoy 2 to 3 years of uninterrupted performance and time to purchase a replacement.
