What are some ways that you guys stay motivated?

One thing I did earlier this year was create this vision board for myself. I compiled images that represent certain goals or achievements that I have and stuck them to a poster and framed it. I have this on my desk in my office so everyday as I work I can always see all of the things that I want to accomplish and it fuels me to work harder on my goals.
