Hi everyone! Very Smart Design is still 100% up and running, and based on these lockdowns, a few real estate marketing tips and updates:
1. Now is an EXCELLENT time for postcard marketing. Prices start at $29, with tons of size options. With it being recommended that people stay at home, for now, you can still go and drop off mailings, so more eyes than ever will be concentrated where you need - I do not advertise my postcard designs on my site, so if you need Just Listed, Just Sold, Sellers Market, Buyers Market or Agent Promo materials, DM, or email me at [email protected] and I will send you the design portfolio.
2. In lieu of Open Houses, homes still need to sell, so if you haven't already, you should get some quick interior video run-throughs of your properties and post them online. There may or may not be a 100% lockdown at some point, so just in case, you should be prepared so interested buyers can still have an opportunity for viewings.
3. This may be a bit of a lull for some of you, especially those who don't have any current listings. Use spare time to get together a marketing plan to get yourself out there - For those who dont know, I print real estate business cards, postcards, open house and yard signs, banners, flyers, doorhangers, magnets, and more. If you need ideas, send me your target audience and intended role in the transaction, and I'd be honored to help.
