🔧 WE'RE HIRING: Full-Time Tech at Blitz PC Dublin
Blitz PC has been fixing phones, computers, consoles, and pretty much anything with a circuit board in Dublin since 2013. We're growing, and we need one more tech on the team!
Here's the honest truth about who we're looking for: it's not the person with the longest repair résumé. It's the person who genuinely loves helping people. We can teach you the diagnostics, repairs, the tools of the trade. What we can't teach is the why. If you care about people, you'll have the patience and drive to actually solve their problem instead of just clocking out. That along with resourcefulness and effective communication are the only other skill set that go a long way!
What the job looks like: Repairing phones, computers, smartphones, tablets, game consoles, drones, and everything in between. Talking straight with customers about what's actually wrong and what it'll cost. No up-sells, no scare tactics. You'll work closely with Lucas, our lead tech and manager, learning the ropes from him day to day.
Pay: Starts at $12/hr for a 90-day training period, then a raise of $2 to $6/hr based on how you perform. We invest in people who stick around and grow with us. We offer profit sharing for long term employees.
Our culture is simple: We don't chase sales, we don't charge to diagnose, and we don't push a repair that doesn't serve the customer. That's earned us 11+ years of trust in this community, and it's non-negotiable. If that sounds like how you'd want to be treated, you'll fit right in.
