COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to increased internet demands for school and work at home scenarios, Mud Lake Telephone has opted to increase internet speed in homes. Where available, we have set everyone at 10M at no additional cost.
MLT will continue to provide the increased speeds through the month of April or until regular weekly school and work weeks resume.

SCREENING QUESTIONS FOR UPCOMING SERVICE CALLS
We are taking every precaution possible to protect both our customers and our employees during this time of concern. One such precaution is to ask a few quick screening questions of our customers requiring an in-house visit from our technicians in hopes of identifying potential health concerns. These appointments would require re-scheduling for a later date.
1. Have you or someone in your home traveled out of the country in the past 14 days? (Yes/No)
If yes, we need to reschedule.
2. Have you or someone in your home experienced any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days?
• Fever
• Cough
• Shortness of breath
If yes, have you seen a doctor? Was the diagnosis considered a contagious disease?
If they have not seen a doctor and/or have not gotten results, the appointment needs to be rescheduled.
If the diagnosis is not considered contagious, we can move forward with the existing appointment.

3. Have you had contact with someone who was sick with a fever, cough and/or shortness of breath? (Yes/No)
If yes:
• When were you in contact with the sick person?
If outside of a 14 day window, we can proceed with the scheduled appointment. If not, please reschedule.

We understand these precautions may upset some of our customers. Please try to understand we are erring on the side of caution for both your protection and ours.
