I started this business with the intention of providing reliable help to people who don’t want to deal with big companies that beat around the bush and overcharge you for basic assistance. I’ve worked with computers and consoles for over 15 years and have thoroughly educated myself on their finer workings regularly. As a kid I’d get my hands on spare desktop towers and deconstruct them to see what made them tick, and just a couple years ago I built my own desktop which I actively maintain to keep in ideal condition.
I know how mentally tasking it can be to contact warranty companies, either dealing with an automated system or someone reading from a script. They dodge basic questions and don’t offer the troubleshooting you need. It leaves you feeling like you’ve gone in circles with no progress.
The most basic Windows package, Windows Home, will run you $140 at the time of writing this and that might not even fix your problems. A new computer these days can run you two or three times that amount, or more, and it’ll come loaded with programs and bloatware that you might not even need or want. This is where Enigma comes in.
