Adopting new technology in a K-12 district is never just about the tool. It is about everything that has to be in place for the tool to work.

For AI-powered interpretation, that means understanding your obligations under FERPA, getting family consent processes right, preparing teachers to use new tools effectively, and knowing clearly which situations still call for a human interpreter.

Today at 11:30am PT, our webinar hosted by Nathan Lang-Raad and Katharine Allen will walk through what AI interpretation can do for multilingual learners, and how to build the infrastructure that makes it safe, compliant, and genuinely useful.

The protocols are only as good as the culture they land in.

That's the thread running through a free webinar on May 14 — "Safe, Seen, and Supported" — with Pat Hamilton of The "I Love U Guys" Foundation and Dr. George Parker, a 30-year veteran of public education leadership.

Pat Hamiliton's work on the Standard Response Protocol is built on one clear insight: when everyone in the building speaks the same language during a crisis, response improves. Dr. Parker pushes on what gets lost when safety decisions are made without student dignity or community trust in the room.

Together they're making a case that most school leaders already feel but don't always have time to act on: the culture you build in ordinary time is your best safety system.

Join our upcoming webinar, Safe, Seen, and Supported: Building a Culture of School Safety Through Communication and Trust, to hear more:

Keeping students safe is every district leader's priority — but protocols alone can't do the work if the communication behind them isn't clear. In this session, Pat Hamilton, Alliance Director of The 'I Love U Guys' Foundation, and Dr. George Parker, former superintendent and educational consultan...

Keeping students safe is every district leader's priority — but protocols alone can't do the work if the communication behind them isn't clear. In this session, Pat Hamilton, Alliance Director of The "I Love U Guys" Foundation, and Dr. George Parker, former superintendent and educational consultant, bring complementary perspectives on why communication is the foundation of every effective safety system.

Every student deserves a classroom environment designed with their success in mind, regardless of where they sit or how they engage.

Robinson ISD put that belief into practice by deploying Lightspeed instructional audio, and the results reinforced what research has long supported: when districts invest in equitable learning environments, students respond.

Educators at Robinson ISD saw increased creative engagement and stronger peer collaboration as a direct outcome of that investment.

Being heard and hearing others are the foundations of classroom learning. When a student cannot hear clearly because they are sitting in the back of the room or suffering from mild hearing loss that has been misdiagnosed as a learning difficulty, they are missing out on educational opportunities.
