Another growing yacht club reached out recently while navigating a period of exciting growth.

Duncan Bay Boat Club in Cheboygan, Michigan, is a true slice of paradise on Lake Huron. With new docks, a beautiful clubhouse, and a swimming pool, they have plenty to offer their members and visitors exploring the Straits of Mackinac.

But behind the scenes, managing memberships, billing, and moorage across manual spreadsheets was becoming a heavy burden. It worked for a while… until it didn’t. The team wanted to spend more time on their amazing community amenities and less time on repetitive paperwork.

They were looking for something simpler and built specifically for how yacht clubs actually operate.
