NSB has experienced an outage at a tower on PK Lake since the storm Tuesday morning. We had a tower climber out Tuesday afternoon but was unable to make the repairs due to the high winds. The tower climber is back out this morning making the repairs and service will be restored as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you so much for your patience.

Update! The AT&T issues that people are experiencing today are not affecting the New Source Broadband network. We have redundant routes in our network and can redirect traffic through 4 different fiber routes (3 of which are not through AT&T). Try to use Wi-Fi calling to help with your cellular issues to make and receive calls.
