AI is moving from a tool we use to something that can actively work alongside us.

In a recent conversation with AVIXA, Microsoft’s Ilya Bukshteyn explores the rise of the “agentic co-worker” - AI that can help prepare for meetings, capture context, organize action items, and move conversations into action. But as AI becomes more embedded in collaboration, the fundamentals of great AV matter even more: clear audio, strong video, thoughtful room design, and an experience that works equally well for everyone in the meeting.
