A Galaxy S20 FE suddenly stopped powering on, and the client’s main concern was the five years of important data stored on the device. Even though the phone was not usable, we were able to access the data and successfully transfer everything to a new Galaxy S25 FE.

Earlier this week, we received this device in an extremely dangerous condition after the battery was punctured. A punctured battery is a serious safety hazard. For everyone’s safety, the device was carefully handled and disposed of following proper safety and environmental procedures.
