This criminal is wanted by the Government of the United States of America for the crimes of: Murder, Terrorism, Criminal Grouping, Drug Trafficking, Human Trafficking and Trafficking, Trafficking and Trafficking of Women, R**e of Women, R**e of Children, and Sedition. This criminal must appear against the United Nations and a Red alert was issued for the capture of this criminal, at the moment he is one of the fifty most wanted of the following Agencies: FBI, INTERPOL, ODNI, NCTC, DEA, CIA, and also agencies from countries that are collaborating in the search and capture of this criminal.
It is presumed that he has not yet left Colombia, but the general community is hinted that if they know of his whereabouts to contact the local authorities of their country immediately, his lives could be in danger.
