At IDOTEC, we’re closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and working tirelessly to serve the needs of businesses and individuals who are quickly adapting to new ways of life as we all pull together to curtail this outbreak. In response to the virus, we’ve implemented updated best practices in our workplace to help ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers.
Our hours has changed to 12:00 am - 5:30 pm. Please bear with us if repairs take longer than usual: COVID-19 has introduced obstacles to our supply chain. We are following best practices to ensure the safety of our staff - all devices will be disinfected upon check-in, during repair, and again after final testing, and our facilities are being scrubbed clean multiple times a day, we recommend to call us at (626) 542-9935 or make an appointment at https://idotec.net/contact-us.html before coming to our store, and please if you think have been exposed to the virus stay home.
