ISO 27001 certification means an independent auditor examined how we manage information security, not just how we describe it.

DATAMARK earned that certification this week, following an external audit covering risk management, access controls, and data protection across our operations.

For enterprises evaluating a BPO partner, that distinction matters. A documented, externally verified standard carries different weight than a vendor's claim, especially for clients with strict compliance requirements around where and how their data gets handled.
