Our President and Founder, Marshal Crawford designed the highly successful tool to help the programmer with the daily maintenance of COBOL programs on the IBM mainframe. For 37 years, DCD III has helped programmers achieve in minutes what used to take hours of research on the mainframe. With 80% of the expense budget going to maintenance, we have been able to provide substantial savings with our cost savings software. Adding to his already impressive contributions to the industry, Mr. Crawford joined with Michael McGill to develop a PC version of DCD III, naming the new software CAT.
