Evans Computer Solutions is introducing a new means to submit requests for support in order to better serve our community! Are you too busy to stop by in person? Is your favorite technician busy serving another client when you call? Write up a quick description of your problem with all the details you think may be important and send it to [email protected] ! This will add your request directly to our internal ticketing system where our technicians will be sure to see it! Be sure to include things like your name, your organization, your contact methods and numbers, preferred contact times if any, and of course as many details about the problem as you can!
