Everyone….as you know we closed the chapter of Carolina West on Dec 31. We saw the writing on the walls as it was no longer sustainable for us or them. If we sold you service at any point leading up to Dec 31 rest assured we had NO idea this was coming. My phone is ringing off the hook today. I don’t have any information or can offer any help so please direct your calls to CWW or Verizon. If you have Clearstream please call me….its terrible anyway and Starlink is available everywhere now and it’s awesome. I can help you set up with them and install it for you if you need me to.

Here’s a pretty cool project from last week. This is the motorized Mantle Mount and we do sell and install these. Something to consider if you have a tv mounted high over a mantle and tired of straining your neck to watch tv. These lower down and have a built in heat sensor that alerts you if the tvs getting too hot. (Ignore the ugly white plastic covers behind the tv. Most people don’t use them or paint them to match. I put them on because they come with it but they snap right off and looks better)

From the board room to the living room, small homes to multi million dollar facilities, We’ve got your solution. Did this small executive conference room the last few days using the Yealink Meeting Bar system. To say the customer was impressed is an understatement. Finally getting a chance to clean out some stuff from the shop. It's essentially been a storage facility for too long. I have some fixtures and things that Id rather get rid of than store so if you're interested please shoot me a text. Leather sofa, desk, chairs, misc items. It's bitter sweet really. It's been a good run at this spot and many memories but I'm excited for the next chapter of Connection Solutions and am enjoying it again without all the retail headaches. Thanks for your continued support and remember, only the location has changed. My knowledge, customer service and quality hasn't gone anywhere. It's only improved and that's why so many refer me and hire me. THANKS!

I didn’t realize just how bad I’d gotten at posting on the business page. I’ve made a lot of changes and the result has been very good. I’m as busy as ever. As many of you have noticed, I’ve stopped staffing the retail location and we no longer do cell phones or have a public facing storefront. I’m back to the things I enjoy and made my brand doing. I can still sell and install DISH for you but that’s the only service I offer. Everything else is surveillance cameras, audio, video, custom integration, networking and communications. Be on the lookout for more post and project photos and vids. I’ll make it a point to keep the page updated and informative.
