Onsite Computer Solutions has always and will always fully support Ellington Telecom and their services in our small community! They are rock solid!
That said, other technologies are emerging and they are very competitive and even more affordable in some cases! Having a choice as a consumer is what free trade is all about!
Our organization stands neutral in this fact! We try our best to support all the technologies so there is available options for local business and consumers in our small community!
There have been a few negative remarks on FB about the internet outage in Ellington and our surrounding areas.
McCormack / Ellington Telecom is our hometown telephone and internet service and we ❤️ everything they do for our community.
We ask you to consider does Starlink &/or Elon Musk sponsor little league teams in Ellington, MO?
Do they support the local school system non-stop?
Do they support the Reynolds County Fair, Spring Fever Days, the Saddle Club events, participate in our parades and events around town?
Does Starlink and Elon Musk support the many benefits for people in need in our community?
Help with flood relief?
Assist the City of Ellington anytime there is a need? Clear snow all over town?
Elon Musk is probably a good guy but does he employ anybody in Reynolds County?
Does Elon Musk buy anything from any local business in Reynolds County?
The answer to all these questions is a resounding NO.
But do you know who does all these things? McCormack Ellington Telephone and the McCormack Family. Some of the most generous folks you will ever meet anywhere.
So when they are faced with challenges do we turn our backs on them? We shouldn’t.
Can we, as a community, show some grace, patience and support for this business and this family and their employees just as they have shown all of us for decades.
Starlink and Elon Musk don’t even know, nor do they care, where Reynolds County Missouri is.
