Our technicians are working to identify and resolve the root cause of the issue so we can restore full service as quickly and safely as possible. We are experiencing an outage with one of our upstream connections. We have redundant systems in place, but unfortunately this has placed additional strain on the network this evening. Our technicians are currently working with our partners to resolve this.
