Job Title: Sales and General Office Duties
Location: Verizon retail store
Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and General Office associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling Verizon products and services, and performing general office duties.

Responsibilities:
-Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that best meet their requirements.
-Achieve sales goals by promoting Verizon products and services and upselling to customers.
-Process customer transactions and handle cash and credit card payments accurately.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of Verizon products, services, promotions and policies.
-Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
-Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, filing and data entry.
-Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
-Attend meetings and training sessions as required by Verizon.

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Prior sales and customer service experience preferred
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
-Detail-oriented and organized
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

Starting salary is $15.00 / hour plus incentives.
