This tips sounds like common sense but when life gets busy, it's easier said than done. Before school starts, set aside a few minutes and designate one place for tech chargers, adapters, and accessories.

Labeling chargers can help prevent mix-ups, especially when several family members use similar devices. It is also helpful to keep a spare charging cable in a backpack when possible.

The printer worked before. Why does the computer suddenly say it is offline? We've all had it happen, and at the most inopportune time.

Printers can lose their network connection, switch to the wrong Wi-Fi network, need updated software, or get stuck in the print queue.

Before a major project is due, test printing from every device that will need access. It is much easier to troubleshoot during the day than at 10 PM the night before a deadline.
