People usually notice the video wall first. What they feel is the sound.

This recent media room installation combines a custom LED video wall from Just Video Walls with a professionally designed Theory Audio Design surround system.

The audio system was engineered specifically for the room, including speaker placement, acoustics, seating positions, and calibration.

Many homeowners are familiar with terms like 5.1 or Dolby Atmos, but the biggest difference comes from how accurately sound is distributed throughout the space.

Dialogue remains clear and natural.
Bass feels balanced across the room.
Effects move smoothly and realistically through the environment.

Dual subwoofers also help create a much more consistent experience from seat to seat.

When audio and video are designed together from the beginning, the room feels more immersive and more comfortable to use every day.

Arched windows and doorways are a dream architecturally—but they can create real challenges for window treatments when they’re not planned for early.

By bringing integration into the conversation from day one, motorized shades become part of the design—not something added after the fact. The result is a clean, intentional look that complements the architecture instead of competing with it.

Here on the Front Range, it’s always a balance between protecting interiors from intense UV and preserving those incredible views. When that balance is solved upfront, homeowners get both—without compromise.

This is one of our latest Precision Media + Just Video Walls projects here in Denver, and we’re seeing more homeowners choose this direction in their new estate builds.

Traditional theater rooms can be amazing, but they’re not for everyone. Some people don’t love sitting in a dark space away from the rest of the home… and sometimes those rooms turn into nap zones.

Video walls give you that same big-screen experience while keeping everything bright, open, and connected.

They can also double as digital art when not in use, which makes them feel like part of the design instead of just another screen.

And compared to older versions, today’s video walls are more efficient, run cooler, and are much more realistic to install—even in existing homes.

We had the opportunity to work inside the Shanahan Residence, built by the incredibly talented Mesa Properties—and the level of detail in this home is something you have to see to appreciate.

From invisible audio and full lighting control to indoor/outdoor entertainment, every element was designed to support the way the home is lived in.

And then there’s the 163” video wall… paired with McIntosh amplification, it completely changes the game-day experience.

When this client was building her home about 10 years ago, she wasn’t totally sold on adding a lighting system.

It felt like an extra expense at the time. Her husband saw the value and decided to move forward with it anyway.

Fast forward to today, and her perspective has completely changed.

In this video, she talks about how much time it saves, the impact on energy use, and the added sense of security when they’re home or away.

Something she mentioned to us afterward (that didn’t make it into the video) really stuck with us too…

She loves how the lighting makes the house look and feel. Every room is set up exactly how she likes it, with each light at the right level. It highlights the design, feels consistent, and she doesn’t have to think about it or adjust things throughout the day.

It just works the way she wants it to—every day.

It’s one of those things that’s hard to fully appreciate during the build… but very easy to appreciate once you’ve lived with it.

This is a part of our business most people never see—but it plays a big role in how our projects go.

Our warehouse is where everything gets received, organized, and assigned before it ever shows up on a jobsite. Every piece of equipment is tracked from the time we order it to when it gets loaded into a technician’s truck.

It might not be the most exciting part of what we do, but it’s a big reason projects stay on schedule and don’t hold up other trades.

Some homes stop you in your tracks… this one completely resets the bar.

We’re out in Evergreen with Mesa Properties on a build that has easily some of the most incredible views we’ve ever seen—and that’s saying something. What we love most is how Mesa is framing every single one of them with intention. Every window, every angle… it’s all designed to pull those views right into the living experience. Mesa builds a GREAT custom home.

Our builder liaison Dave spent some time up on site making sure everything is running smoothly (as it should), connecting with trades, and supporting the team however needed. He also grabbed a few behind-the-scenes shots—including a full wall of architectural renderings that gives a glimpse into just how thoughtfully this home is coming together.

This is the kind of collaboration we live for. When great design meets great ex*****on, the results speak for themselves.
