Great teams are built through connection, collaboration, and time together.

This week, our Cost Controls team came together in Colorado. With team members working across different locations, having dedicated time together is incredibly valuable, not only to collaborate and share ideas, but also to strengthen the relationships that help us better support our projects and operations.

We wrapped up our time together with a great evening at Brinkhoff, joined by our owners Kristi Alford-Haarberg and Ed Thompson. Having our senior leaders take the time to connect, share conversations, listen, and laugh made the evening that much more special.

Kristi and Ed have always placed tremendous value on staying connected and seeing that firsthand with the team is a great reflection of the culture we continue to build at E2 Optics.

For Cost Controls, our work may center around cost, forecasting, risk, and project performance, but ultimately, it’s the people, relationships, and collaboration behind that work that make the difference.

According to reports from The Wall Street Journal, industry leaders have launched a $35 billion AI Infrastructure Platform designed to accelerate the deployment of next-generation compute capacity.

The initiative aims to support more than 20 gigawatts of AI infrastructure by 2028, with the first phase funding over 1 gigawatt of compute expansion to power frontier AI development.

What stands out isn't just the dollar amount, but what it represents:
