I also wanted to mention because it's something close to home for me. Learning about, being aware of, and focusing on mental health was one of the best life decisions I've made. Not just for men, but for everyone. Take care of yourself and amazing things will follow. It's okay to admit you're not okay and to get help. It doesn't make you weak to show some vulnerability and be honest with yourself. We all have bad days and times in our lives, but I promise you it's worth staying alive and taking care of yourself.
