Congratulations to Jeff Lobaugh, the June Employee of the Month!

Jeff is an important part of our aluminum crew. He primarily helps with the prep and cleaning of parts but is also learning to assist with back-stripping. Jeff plays a big role on the auto including running both ends and stepping in to run the crew if need be. He is always willing to lend a helping hand and step up to learn new skills as well. Jeff enjoys playing bass guitar with his band, going to the gym, and relaxing at home.

Please join us in recognizing the following employees on their yearly anniversaries:

Jordan Schau, Plater. Jordan is a very versatile employee sliding into his 3rd year. He supports production by prepping parts, works with his father on light repairs in Maintenance, or jumps on the Rack Auto to assist the team. Jordan is always willing to lend a helping hand and is a friend to many of the guys.

Ron Dyleski Jr is a mobile and skilled member of the Packaging and Shipping department celebrating his 3rd year with KPW. He diligently does every task assigned to him including delivering orders, packaging parts, counting, and much more. Ron is quiet, funny, and enjoys working with his team.

Amanda Flood, Customer Service. Amanda is a spirited and inquisitive member of the Sales Team entering her 3rd year with Klein. She patiently handles all customer requests and communicates customer needs to different departments efficiently. Amanda always brings a smile to brighten the day.

Joe Dudenhoeffer, President. Joe is the steadfast and dynamic Leader of Klein Plating. He started 28 years ago as a simple production member before taking over command in 2006. Since then, Joe has ensured the company has grown exponentially and continues towards new avenues in the industry.

Join us in congratulating our newest Employee of the Month, Jordan Schau!

Jordan is a senior member of the Rack Auto Team. He can be counted on to handle many things including daily maintenance tasks for the Rack Auto machine, training new employees on the Auto, and more. Recently, Jordan has taken on a bigger role on our Aluminum Line. He has majorly assisted with masking, cleaning, and prepping parts for production. His fellow team members commend his quality of work and how his presence has assisted in keeping production on schedule. In his free time, Jordan recently started hitting the gym and got a new Pug puppy. He enjoys spending time with his brothers, parents, and many animals.

Give a hand to the following Employee on his 32nd year with Klein Plating!

Donald "Donnie" Wensel is a staple of our plating team. He is skilled, dedicated, and a mentor to many of the new platers. Donnie's knowledge and expertise have led to almost zero defects among our most complex plating pieces including our gold line. Outside of work, Donald enjoys spending time with his wife and wiener dogs.

Amanda Flood, our Customer Service Rep, is a delight to have in the office. She is quiet, sociable, and hardworking. Amanda enjoys trying new things and spending time with her friends and family.

Britnee King, Sales Assistant. Britnee is lively, dependable, and loves to help out where she can. She enjoys sports and is an Avid Steelers fan. Britnee loves watching her kids participate in various activities and spending time with her husband.

Amy Matteson, Packaging. Amy is ambitious and her attention to detail has ensured high quality standards. She has a resilient disposition that has led to her being a very dependable team member. She is a wildlife enthusiast and is a proud mother of a 2026 graduate.

Rich Benford is hitting 31 years with Klein Plating! Rich is an extremely valued and hardworking plater. He is a supervisor on the plating lines and has consistently delivered top-tier quality work. He works hard to maintain the flow of product even if he has to move shifts. Rich is nice, helps everyone, and well-regarded. Outside of KPW, Rich is an avid sports fan and loves spending time with his family.

Doug Martinez is going into his 34th year with Klein! A staple of 3rd shift, Doug has dedicated many years of hard work. He is very dependable and well-liked. Brandon Stanton (Waste Treatment) is an animated member of the Klein Plating team. He lightens the room with jokes and spreads laughter. Brandon enjoys relaxing in his free time with his kids.
