At Custom Audio, we believe in giving back to the community that supports us every day. We were recently honored to support one of Erie’s most vital organizations, the Crime Victim Center of Erie County (CVC), by donating a new TV for their facility.

For over 50 years, the CVC has been a pillar of hope, dedicated to helping individuals and families heal and rebuild in the wake of crime. They offer a full continuum of free services to victims of all crimes, including sexual assault, domestic violence, robbery, and child or elder abuse.

Here are some of the critical services the CVC provides:

24/7 Crisis Hotline: Immediate, confidential support from trained counselors, available anytime, day or night.

Individual Counseling & Support Groups: Trauma-informed therapy to help survivors navigate their healing journey.

Criminal Justice & Medical Accompaniment: Expert advocacy and support through court proceedings and medical exams.

Victim Compensation Assistance: Direct help with filing paperwork for Victim’s Compensation and Restitution.

Community Education: Proactive violence prevention programming for our local schools and businesses.
We are proud to play a small role in supporting the incredible team at the CVC.
