For most of us it's easier to believe the lies we tell ourselves instead of the truth. The truth is powerful but can be unbelievable, and intimidating. So we to often believe the what's easier and maybe less painful:

I'm not good enough...

I can't do that....

That's above my level...

The list is extensive and can all be part of imposter syndrome. Where we are actually living our truth, but think (or feel) that we don't deserve what we have or have earned...an imposter.

We also have the power to change all of that and reprogram what we may have always believed, or worse is that we keep repeating the errors based on our own programming.

AKA: "the vicious cycle"

But what if....

What if we started telling ourselves a different story?

What if we told ourselves that story enough to start believing it?

What would your life look like then?

You have zero to lose by doing this. Tell yourself the story that you want to live, then start living it. It will take some time and effort, but the rewards are endless.

Do you know the difference?

It's not as obvious as you think.

Most know the one on the right is a cow and the one on the left is a Bison.

However, they have a dramatically approach to storms....that's the differnce.

A cow will/feel see a storm coming no matter how far away from the barn it is and try to out run it.

It is almost impossible to out run a storm, but we all do it. We avoid the hard stuff.

We make excuses

We run....

In contrast a Bison sees the storm and charges directly into it. It instinctively knows it can't outrun a storm.

It knows that the quicker it gets into it the quicker it will pass..

There's no avoiding it.

It happens.

The storms of life keep coming

The magic that you are looking for is in the work you are avoiding…

Most of us are great at just doing the things we are good at.

We are also great at avoiding areas where we can improve, but those are the places we can grow the most.

Don't let whatever "victim" mentality or "fear" get in the way of you doing you.
