In an effort to protect our employees and our customers, we have made some changes to our procedures for sales and system repairs:
Currently, we are still accepting computers for repairs and other services. To limit face-to-face interaction, all communication about what services you would like done will be held over the phone with one of our techs. Once you arrive at the store to drop off your computer, give us a call at 442-9998 and one of our techs will meet you outside to retrieve your computer from you.
While the showroom will be closed until further notice, parts and computer systems are still available for purchase over the phone with curbside pick-up. Simply call our store at 442-9998 to speak with one of our sales associates and we will process your payment over the phone and set aside your item for curbside pick-up. You may also designate an authorized pick-up person to retrieve your item for you as well. In either case, a photo ID will be required to retrieve your ordered item.
We will be watching the situation closely and following advice given by the CDC and Humboldt County Public Health Department. Any further changes will be announced here. Thank you for your understanding.
