SUMMER JOB POSTING: Seasonal Student Worker

Department: Outside Plant

Position Summary - Starting June 8 (Hours 8-4:30 Tuesday-Thursday (3 days a week)

This is a temporary, seasonal position with flexibility of work hours to accommodate extracurricular student activities such as sports.

Standard hours of work are Tuesday- Thursday, 8am-4:30pm with a half-hour break for lunch. This student internship position will be primarily responsible for facilities/grounds maintenance and clean-up, assisting the Fleet Coordinator with vehicle upkeep and maintenance, and assisting the construction crew as needed.

Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Must be a student with upcoming Junior or Senior standing.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Able to operate a vehicle with a trailer.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and direction.
- Detail oriented and a team player.
- Possess a good work ethic and positive attitude.
- Willing to learn and take on new tasks.

We are currently experiencing calls related to bill payments and account access. We appreciate your patience as we continue assisting customers through the transition to our new portal. We will not be assessing any late fees or commencing non-pay disconnects this month as we continue to work through this transition.

Please note the following important updates:
• InterBel’s previous automated phone payment system (IVR) has been permanently discontinued.

• Customers who have not yet registered for Subscriber Connect will soon receive a new registration email link from [email protected].

Subscriber Connect Portal
• Once you have completed registration through the Subscriber Connect web portal, you can access the mobile app using the organization code: I_225

If you have already registered online, your existing login credentials should continue to work normally.

For customers previously enrolled in AutoPay, your enrollment should have transferred into the new system automatically. If you do not see your AutoPay information after logging in, please contact us for assistance.

We understand this transition has created frustration for some customers and sincerely appreciate your patience while we work through these issues and improve the overall experience.

āœ… Subscriber Connect is Back Online (U.S. Customers)

InterBel’s online payment portal, Subscriber Connect, is now back up and running for our U.S.-based customers.

We apologize for the inconvenience this disruption may have caused. Please note that any payment attempts made prior to 8:00 AM this morning were not processed. If you attempted a payment, you will need to reenter your payment information.

Important Updates:
• No late fees or service disconnections will be assessed during this transition
• Access the portal through a web browser using the same link previously provided (need it resent? Email [email protected] or call 406-889-3311)
• Double-check your billing address when entering payment info—some users are seeing names auto-fill in the address field, which can cause failed payments
• Auto-Pay customers should see their settings carry over—no need to reenroll. If it’s missing, please contact us

šŸ Canadian Customers šŸ
Customers with a Canadian billing address will need to call 406-889-3311 to make a payment at this time, as payments must be entered manually, unless you are already signed up for Auto-Pay. We’re actively working on a solution and will share updates as soon as they’re available.

Subscriber Connect Update

We believe we have a solution mapped for the payment portal on our Subscriber Connect. Before sending out instructions we will run a test sample this evening. Upon receiving confirmation of success a new communication with instructions will be sent out in the morning to allow InterBel staff members to assist with any questions.

Please note....InterBel will not charge for late payments or disconnect any services as we process this software transition.

We are aware of issues with payment processing in the new Subscriber Connect portal. The payment processing aspect of the portal has been temporarily disabled to diagnose the issue. We will update you as soon as there is an update and/or solution. We expect a resolution by the end of the business day.
