The truth is, your bank balance is only one piece of the puzzle.

I’ve spent more than 25 years helping business owners understand their financials, and one of the biggest misconceptions I see is relying on a bank balance to measure the health of a business. While it’s important to know how much cash you have, it doesn’t tell you whether your business is truly profitable.
