Why Choose AIIT.PRO Over ChatGPT?

IT-Specialized Training
While ChatGPT is a general-purpose AI, AIIT.PRO is trained specifically on IT support conversations, troubleshooting guides, and help desk best practices. This means more accurate, relevant answers for tech problems.

Adapts to Your Skill Level
AIIT.PRO asks for your technical level (Beginner, Intermediate, Expert) and automatically adjusts the complexity of instructions. ChatGPT gives the same answer to everyone, regardless of experience.

OS-Aware Instructions
AIIT.PRO detects your operating system (Windows, Mac, Linux, ChromeOS) and gives you the exact steps for your device. No need to sift through generic advice that doesn't apply to your computer.

Built-In Safety Guardrails
AIIT.PRO proactively warns you before suggesting risky actions (like deleting system files or running admin commands). It prioritizes safe, reversible solutions first.

Designed for Non-Tech Users
Every feature — from the language used to the layout of instructions — is designed for people who aren't IT professionals. ChatGPT can be too technical or assume too much knowledge.

Conversation Memory
AIIT.PRO remembers your previous questions in the same session, so you can ask follow-up questions without repeating context. It builds on what you've already discussed.

AI Tech Support — Smarter Answers Faster Personalized Solutions. Instant answers — no waiting. Answers personalized to your IT skill level. No appointments, no phone trees.

For over 20 years, I have had the privilege of helping individuals and businesses in Evansville, Wisconsin and the surrounding area navigate their technology and IT challenges. Throughout that time, I often asked myself how I could efficiently extend that support beyond our local community.

More than a decade ago, after reading “Unleashing the Killer App,” I began exploring the idea of creating a platform where people could easily get answers to their technology questions. At the time, however, the tools and technology needed to bring that vision to life simply were not available.

Today, with the rapid advancements in artificial intelligence and modern development capabilities, that vision has finally become a reality.

I’m proud to introduce AiIT.pro — a platform designed to help individuals and businesses get clear, reliable answers to their everyday technology and IT questions.

Hometown Computer Pros is excited to officially launch AiIT.pro and expand our ability to serve beyond our local community.

We invite you to explore the platform and experience it for yourself with a free 7-day trial.
