Someone told me they keep a “smile file” one time, and I thought that was such a good idea. I’ve been keeping a digital AND physical smile file. I highly recommend it! If you’re having a bad day, it’s a great way to pick yourself up a bit.

Happy International Design Day! Today’s a day to celebrate the beauty and function good design (and designers) bring us! This day was established in 1995 and is an opportunity to recognize the value of design and its capacity to effect change.

With my brand refresh, here’s a reintroduction! I’m Rachel, and I’ve been a graphic designer since 2007, and I’ve been running Sprout for 15 years. My clients are the absolute best in the world, and I wouldn’t want to be doing anything else!

Hype is my personality type. I love reflecting and celebrating other people and businesses. Everything I create is completely custom to each client I serve, and I love making people feel fresh in their branding!

Fun custom art prints I got to design for featuring Evansville imagery! brought me in on this project. We had several floors of offices and hallways to fill art! Woods and Woods wanted to keep the work local, especially since their new location is in Arts District!

This was a fun project outside of my norm, but I love variety in my work and celebrating our city in colorful ways.
