Unlike most, we remove the viruses and fix your system, not just wipe out the computer to factory settings. We also do general computer and laser printer repairs and have certifications from all major computer and printer manufacturers, along with certifications from CompTia & others.

Education is the only way to stop this scam, so let me share the details:

Scam emails like this are called "Executive Impersonation" or "Gift Card Scams" and are surprisingly effective.

📊 Estimated Impact:
Over 20,000 reported cases per year in the U.S. alone (FBI IC3 data).

Losses exceed $50 million annually from gift card scams.

Around 1 in 10 recipients of such emails click or reply, especially in organizations where they trust the name being used.

Why People Fall for It:
The scam impersonates someone in authority (e.g., pastor, rabbi, boss).

It uses urgency and secrecy: “I’m going into a meeting,” “Please don’t call,” etc.

People want to be helpful, especially in religious or community settings.

What Happens Next:
If someone replies, the scammer typically says they need you to buy gift cards and send back the codes.

Once sent, those codes are redeemed instantly. There is no way to recover the funds.

One key thing to ALWAYS pay attention to is the email address it came from, which is often like the real address but misspelled.

Today marks the final day for our Southern Indiana Career & Technical Center intern, Hunter Hargett — and what a journey it's been. From the moment he walked through the door, Hunter hit the ground running. He powered through his basic training in just a few days and quickly moved on to real-world impact.

One of his biggest contributions? Helping the Perry Township Fire Department streamline their daily operations — from improving checklists to installing hardware that links radio traffic to a smartphone app so they can communicate via radio in areas fire radios don't work as well. These are systems that will serve the department (and the community) for years.

Then came the LST-325 project, where Hunter got onboard to help test and install a brand-new communications network... on a World War II ship. Not your average high school internship, but Hunter handled it like a pro.

As he graduates from Reitz High School and heads off to Indiana University, we couldn’t be prouder. With his work ethic, problem-solving skills, and can-do attitude, we know he’s going to do big things.

Hunter — congrats on your graduation, and thank you for letting us be a part of your journey. We’ll miss having you around, but we’re excited to see what the future holds for you. 👏🎓
