When T-Mobile acquired Metronet, the rebrand couldn't wait. Thousands of employees across 19 states needed new uniforms on an acquisition timeline, not an ideal one. Inventory shortages.

It's a question we think about every day at Slade. Brand standards are built for design but they get tested in production. How type holds at scale. How color behaves on different materials. Whether a logo reproduces accurately when the size, surface, or method changes.

The idea is only as good as the ex*****on.

A concept can be sharp. The file can be clean. The brief can be clear. And it can still come back wrong — wrong color, wrong substrate, wrong finish, wrong size. That's not a design problem. That's a production problem.

What Slade does well is the production part. We know offset from digital and when each belongs. We know which substrates hold up outdoors and which don't. We know what flexo needs that digital can't give it, and when DTF is the right call over screen print.

That knowledge lives in the shop, not a sales deck. We put it into every job we run.
